湘南自然薯栽培その３

HIES通訳翻訳部会の一員として市内の国際フェステイバルに参加しました。
ひらしんHall一階の展示室で開かれた各種イベントを視聴したり、野外の模擬店の外国の食べ物を食味しました。アフリカから来て厚木市内で働いているＫさんと知り合いになりました。
Participated in an international festival in the city as a member of the HIES Interpretation and Translation Committee. Watched various events held in the exhibition room on the first floor of Hirashin Hall, and tasted foreign food at an outdoor booth. Became acquainted with Mr. K, who came from Africa and was working in Atsugi City.

朝、宿舎の希感舎の前で記念写真を撮ってからＯＢ会の皆さんと分かれて北九州に帰る後輩のＹさんの車で大分空港まで送って頂きました。空港ではランチに故郷自慢の団子汁定食を頂きました。夕方には無事に帰宅出来ました。
In the morning, took a commemorative photo in front of dormitory-type hoel, Kikansha, and then split up with the alumni and were driven to Oita Airport by Mr. Y, a junior who was heading back to Kitakyushu. At the airport, I had a set meal of dango soup, a specialty of my hometown, for lunch. I was able to return home safely in the evening.

4年ぶりに母校の野球部ＯＢ会イベントに参加しました。正午からソフトボール大会、14:30から後輩の現役部員との交歓会そして夜は郊外の宿舎：希感舎での懇親会（ＢＢＱ）に参加しました。横浜に住む後輩のＭさんが帰省しており、10:00過ぎに大分駅で待ち合わせして喫茶してから母校グランド迄車で送ってくれました。
Participated in my alma mater's baseball club alumni event for the first time in four years. Had a softball practice game at noon, a social gathering with current junior members at 2:30 pm, and in the evening  participated in a social gathering (BBQ) at Kikansha, a dormitory like Hoel  in the suburbs. M-san, a junior student of us who lives in Yokohama, was returning to her hometown, so we met at Oita Station a little after 10:00, had coffee, and then drove us to our alma mater's ground.

4年ぶりの母校野球部イベントに参加する為に昨3日に里帰りしました。昨夜は杵築市に住む後輩のＵさん宅に泊まり、今日は大分市内で旧友と再会しました。
昼は故Ｙさんの墓参、Ｈさんの工房訪問、Ｍさんのお宅で茶道体験をしました。
夜は駅前の中華料理店で懇親会を実施しました。また、リモートzoomに福岡のＯさんそして都内からＩさんとＴさんも参加してくれました。
Returned to my hometown on the November/3rd yesterday to participate in my alma mater's baseball club event for the first time in 4 years. Last night I stayed at my junior U-san's house in Kitsuki City, and today I met  with old friends in Oita City. During the day, we visited the grave of the late Mr. Y, visited Mr. H's workshop, and experienced a tea ceremony at Mr. M's home. In the evening, we held a social gathering at a Chinese restaurant near Oita station. Also, Mr. O from Fukuoka and Mr. I and T from Tokyo participated in the remote zoom.

近くの農園から第三圃場にふき20本と明日葉2本を移植しました。
この斜面をふきやふきんとうで一杯にする予定です。
Transplanted 20 butterburs and 2 Angelica keiskei from a nearby farm to the third field. Plan to fill this slope with butterburs.
