湘南自然薯栽培その３

次週の金曜日に予定されてるKSGGのイベントである吾妻山菜の花ウオッチングに備えて数名のスタッフと下見に出かけました。菜の花はほぼ満開で、富士山もきれいでした。水仙もほぼ満開です。
In preparation for next Friday's KSGG event, Azuma Mountain Mustard Flower Watching, I went out with a few staff members to check out the area. The mustard flowers were almost in full bloom, and Mount Fuji was beautiful. The daffodils were also almost in full bloom.
 

今年は乾燥して早朝はしばしば綺麗な富士山が見れます。あさつゆ広場に自然薯を出荷した帰りに撮った写真です。
This year has been dry, and can often see the beautiful Mt. Fuji in the early morning. This photo was taken on the way back from shipping Japanese yam to Asatsuyu Square.

今年最後の秦野英会話クラスなのでクリスマス会を実施しました。クイズやゲームで盛り上がりました。各自持参したお菓子を分けて持ち帰りました。隣のクラスの同様なクリスマス会を実施しておりカメラマンを頼まれ写真を撮ってあげました。
As this was the last English conversation class of the year, we held a Christmas party. We had a great time with quizzes and games. Everyone brought some sweets and shared them with others. The neighboring class was holding a similar Christmas party, and was asked to be the photographer, so took some photos.

浜田牧場さんの畑に買った苗を約300本定植しました。その後にサイロ詰めに使用した厚めのビニールシートでトンネルを張りました。
planted about 300 seedlings in Hamada Farm's field. After that, created a tunnel using the thick vinyl sheeting  used to fill silos.

自前での育苗した玉葱と買った苗の玉ねぎをEFCグループの畑に定植しました。左の畦が自前の苗です。不織布でトンネルを張りました。右の畦は勝った苗です。
Planted our own grown onion seedlings and purchased seedlings in the EFC Group's fields. The seedlings on the left are our own. We set up a tunnel using nonwoven fabric. The seedlings on the right are the winning seedlings.
