湘南自然薯栽培その３

所属する秦野ESSで４年ぶりにパーテイが開かれました。春の感謝祭と名付けられたお祭りです。パf-マンス英語クイズ、果物英語クイズの他に英語劇などを楽しみました。
A party was held for the first time in four years at Hadano ESS, which I belong to. This festival is called Spring Thanksgiving. In addition to performance English quizzes and fruit English quizzes, we also enjoyed English plays　done by Okaraduka theater group.

浜田牧場さんのトウモロコシ畑の斜面の雑草の野焼きを実施しました。管轄の消防署に野焼きの届け出をして午後から野焼きを実施しました。火は勢いよく燃え上がりあっという間に焼けてしまいました。
We conducted a field burning of weeds on the slope of Hamada 　Dairy Farm's corn field. Hamada-san reported the burning to the local fire department and  we conducted the burning in the afternoon. The fire flared up rapidly and was consumed in no time.  

当日は晴天に恵まれ予約外の保護者も１名が特別参加された。二宮駅で二宮町や吾妻山について説明後、約130mの吾妻山を目指して出発。長い300の石段も若いゲストの皆さんは元気良く登って行った。山頂では青空に映える絵のように美しい富士山に全員感激し、写真タイム。昼食はブルーシート2枚を広げ、そこに座って遠足気分でランチ。帰りは山頂にある１００メートルのローラーすべり台をゲストも全員滑って楽しんで頂いた。休日に是非家族連れで来てもう一度楽しんで頂きたいと言葉をかけてお別れした。　　
On the day of the event, we were blessed with sunny skies, and one parent who had not made a reservation was able to participate as a special participant. After explaining about Ninomiya Town and Mt. Azuma at Ninomiya Station, we set off towards Mt. Azuma, which is about 130m tall. The young guests cheerfully climbed the 300 long stone steps. At the summit, everyone was impressed by the picturesque view of Mt. Fuji against the blue sky, and had a photo time. For lunch, we spread out two blue sheets and sat there, feeling like we were going on an excursion. On the way back, all the guests had fun sliding down the 100 meter roller slide at the top of the mountain. We said goodbye and said that We would like you to come with your family on your holiday and enjoy it once again.
 

第四圃場の自然薯を初めて1畦だけ掘り上げました。約２Kgの大きな自然を掘り上げました。
For the first time, dug up just one row of wild yams in the fourth field.Dug up a big Japanese yam weighing approximately 2kg.

下吉沢のどんど焼きが10:00から始まりました。そして住んでいる日向岡の自治体でも近くの公園でどんど焼きが10:30から始まりました。今年の幸運を祈りました。
Dondo-yaki in Shikisawa started at 10:00. And in the municipality of Hinataoka where I live, dondo-yaki started at 10:30 in a nearby park. I wished our good luck this year.
Note;
Dondo-Yaki is a fire festival usually held on January 15th marking the end of New year's celebrations.
People（children） gather New Year's ornaments of the neighborhood and burn them in a big bonfire.
Spirits of the new year are supposed to go home with the smoke of this fire.
