湘南自然薯栽培その３

22馬力自走式トラクターで第一圃場、第二圃場および第四圃場の耕うんを実施しました。このトラクターを使うと3時間ですべての畑の耕うんができます。
I used the 22 horsepower self-propelled tractor to till fields 1, 2 and 4. With this tractor, it took about 3 hours to till all the fields.

秦野のHさんが自然薯の冷凍とろろの試作に成功しました。
150gの冷凍とろろを解凍して味噌味または醤油味として約３杯のとろろごはんが食べられます。また、マグロのやまかけまたはお好み焼きのつなぎとしても利用できます。
H-san in Hadano has succeeded the prototype reitou-tororo,iced yam.
A 150 g of tororo is used to make a 3 cup of tororo-gohan with Miso-soup or shoyu-soup. Used also as Maguronoyamakake,topping tororo on tuna or used to make okonomiyaki as a binder.

3月は寒い日と雨の日が続きましたが、やっと2月末に植えたジャガイモの芽出しが始まりました。これから暖かい日が続きますので今後の成長が楽しみです。
March was full of cold and rainy days, but the potatoes planted at the end of February have finally begun to sprout. The warm days will continue, so look  forward to the growth in the future.

ベトナム留学生のTさんを招待してEFCのメンバーと一緒にＯさんのお宅で桜の花見を実施しました。あいにくと一日中小雨が降り、邸内での花より団子でたくさんの美味しい料理を楽しみました。
Invited T san, an international student from Vietnam, and held a cherry blossom viewing party atO san's house together with EFC members. Unfortunately, it rained lightly all day, so we enjoyed many delicious dishes ,Dango rather than Flowers, in the mansion.

22馬力トラクターで自然薯圃場の耕うんを実施しました。それまでに牛糞と消石灰を畑に散布しております。あともう1回耕うんしてから畦作りを始めます。
A 22-horsepower tractor was used to till the yam field. Until then, cow dung and slaked lime have been spread on the fields. After tilling the soil one more time, start making ridges.
