湘南自然薯栽培その３

昨年より１週間ほど遅くなりましたが、モロヘイヤの種蒔きを実施しました。128苗の育苗箱４つに植えました。１つの穴に数粒の小さな種を埋めます。
Although it was about a week later than last year, sowed Moroheiya seeds. Planted in 4 nursery boxes with 128 seedlings.Fill each hole with a few small seeds.

厳寒の冬を生き延びたサツマイモ（自宅の暖房ルーム隅にて保存）を発泡スチロール箱に種類ごとに芽出しの仕込みを実施しました。無事に芽が出て欲しいと思います。
Sweet potatoes that survived the cold winter (stored in the corner of the heating room at home) were placed in Styrofoam boxes for each type of sprout. Look forward to see their sprout.

3/20を最後に自然薯の収穫が終了しました。その後、カット薯に加工したりして冷蔵自然薯を整理しました。棚には収容できなく中央のスペースにも発泡スチロール箱に入れて冷蔵保存しています。まさに満杯の状態です。
The harvest of Japanese yam has ended at the end of 3/20. After that, sorted out the refrigerated yam by processing it into cut yam. Put it in a styrofoam box in the central space and refrigerate it because it cannot be stored on the shelf. It's just full.

大磯の友人Ｙさんを通じて湘南乃海の祖父母の魚滝さんから２月の高田川新聞を頂きました。湘南乃海関の新十両での１２勝３敗は立派な成績が報道されています。
Through my friend Ysan in Oiso, Ireceived the February Takadagawa Newspaper from Shonan no Umi's grandparents , Uotaki.the fishmonger.
His performanc of  12 wins and 3 losses in the new jūryō are reportedly impressive.

極早生の玉葱を４個だけ収穫しました。そろそろ食べ頃です。２週間後の次回のＥＦＣではたくさんの収穫できると思います。
Harvested only 4 very early onions. It's time to eat. Will be able to harvest a lot at the next EFC in two weeks.
