| 3/12ネトフリ映画ゴッドファーザー視聴/Watching the Netflix movie The Godfather | | WBC独占放映のネトフリを視聴するために１か月の視聴契約をしました。観たかったゴッドファーザーのシリーズ３部作品をすべて視聴出来ました。昨日から計９時間をかけて視聴しました。第二次大戦前にイタリヤのシチチー島から移住した主人公がマフィアの頂点に立ち、3男の後継者が亡くなるまでの壮大な物語に感動しました。
Signed up for a one-month Netflix subscription to watch the WBC, which is their exclusive broadcast. Could watch all three films in the Godfather series, which I had wanted to see. spent a total of nine hours watching them since yesterday. Was deeply moved by the epic story of the protagonist, who emigrated from Sicichi Island in Italy before World War II, rising to the top of the mafia, and the death of his third son who was his successor. |

| 3/9サツマイモの苗床作り/Preparing a sweet potato seedling bed | | | | 今年のサツマイモの種芋から育苗する為の苗床を造りました。種芋の種類は鳴門金時、安納芋、紫芋、紅あずま、栗まさり、シルクスイートの６種類です。約５０個ほどあります。１個当たり１０本以上の蔓が生えてきますので、全体で500本以上の蔓苗が採れると思います。
Prepared a seedbed for growing seedlings from this year's sweet potato seed potatoes. The seed potatoes are of six varieties: Naruto Kintoki, Annou Imo, Murasaki Imo, Beni Azuma, Kuri Masari, and Silk Sweet. There are about 50 of them. Each potato will produce more than 10 vines, so I think I'll be able to harvest more than 500 vine seedlings in total. |

| 3/6ジャガイモの定植/Potato planting | | | | EFCの仲間とジャガイモの定植を実施しました。第三圃場と３畦と第四圃場の３畦に合計４００個のジャガイモの種芋を植えました。翌日、カラスが約４０個の種芋穿り返されましたので、再度埋め込みしました。第四圃場のジャガイモは５月末のファームビジットでジャガイモ堀りのイベントに使用予定です。
Planted potatoes with my EFC colleagues. We planted a total of 400 seed potatoes in three rows in the third, third, and fourth fields. The next day, crows dug up about 40 of the seed potatoes, replanted them. The potatoes from the fourth field are planned to be used for a potato digging event during the farm visit at the end of May. |

| 2/28中大OB会落語寄席を鑑賞/Chuo University Alumni Association Rakugo performance. | | | KSGGの友人と藤沢文化会館で開催された中大OB藤沢支部の落語寄席を鑑賞しました。
車で湘南道路を片瀬江ノ島の交差点を左折して約５㎞先に文化会館はありました。４名のプロの落語家の口演がありました。彼らは皆中大出身です。KSGGの２年前の集いに講演頂いた三遊亭好青年（スエーデン出身）の落語も堪能しました。
Went to see a rakugo (traditional Japanese comic storytelling) performance by the Fujisawa branch of Chuo University alumni, held at the Fujisawa Cultural Hall, with friends from KSGG.
The Cultural Hall was about 5 km away after turning left at the Katase-Enoshima intersection on the Shonan Road. Four professional rakugo performers gave performances. They were all graduates of Chuo University. Also enjoyed a rakugo performance by Sanyutei Koseinen (from Sweden), who gave a lecture at a KSGG gathering two years ago.

2026/02/25 15:15:35｜ ジャガイモ | 2/24ジャガイモの畦作り/Potato ridge making | | | | 昨日より、3か所の畑にジャガイモの畦を作りしました。合計7畦を作りました。3月初めにジャガイモの定植を予定しています。（約400個のジャガイモを定植する計画です。）
Starting yesterday, have been making potato ridges in three fields, for a total of seven ridges. Plan to plant the potatoes in early March. (Plan to plant about 400 potatoes.) |
