Hello, hello. How have you been?
So I haven’t written anything for a few days, my apologies.
I’ve been mostly working and sleeping and it slipped my mind (I forgot). I did have classes this week of course, and had a great time with the students. There is also a new student starting up classes and I’d like to say welcome to him! I’m looking forward to chatting and learning together.
Funglish classes at Mishima will be closed during next week. I hope all the students have a great couple of weeks and I look forward to seeing you again next time. See you in 2 weeks!
Today after work I decided that we should eat out somewhere. We didn’t have much time to think about it so we went to Sushi Ro at Olympic. Sometimes you have to be a little spontaneous. The kids also love going there so it was easy. There was quite a long line up when we arrived but we were determined to have our sushi.
On a side note, there was something strange happening there tonight. I’m not sure why but many people were falling and tripping for no reason. I think it happened 4 or 5 times while we were there, and it was loud every time. I was starting to think maybe there was a ghost or something. I’ve never seen so many people falling in a restaurant.
Anyway, one of my favourites is scallops (hotate). So I made sure to grab a couple of plates of those. What is your favourite?
The first picture is me hiding behind a stack of plates. Yes, we were hungry. The second picture is my precious scallops ready to be eaten.
The third picture is a chocolate ice cream cone. I bought this for my dessert at the food court area at Olympic. My kids wanted to have a taste first so I let them. This is what it looked like after they “tasted” it. The lesson is: never let your children touch your own ice cream before you eat it. Haha
Thanks for checking this blog out. See you later and take care!
